But like a true professional, Olly refused to let his fans down and continued with the show.
After the gig, he underwent surgery to fix his health issue.
From his hospital said, he told fans: “It’s been a mad 72 hours as I honestly thought I’d done the worst, I thought I’d done my knee again,” added Olly.
“I thought I’d ruptured my ACL, to be honest, so this is great news, it really is positive.”
Ahead of returning to the stage today, he told fans that he may not be as energetic as he’s known to be.
“I probably won’t be running around like I normally do, there might be a stall for me to sit down on,” he said in an Instagram post.
The singer previously had surgery on his knee after suffering ligament damage in 2019.
He will return to the stage tomorrow at Singleton Park in Swansea tomorrow.
